Do I need to provide proof of identity when I receive my package?
No, it is not, although the authorized/intended recipient will be asked to sign the delivery documents upon delivery of the package.
What should I do after receiving the goods?
All Xiaomi packages are perfectly sealed in the warehouse before being shipped to you.
Upon receipt, please inspect the external condition of the package/box to see if there are any signs of damage or if the package has been opened during shipping.
If you have concerns about the condition of your shipment, we ask that you do not sign for it. Instead, give your package to the courier and we will replace the item for you within a few days. Customers are advised to take a video while unpacking the product from the delivery packaging.
